Sue Goodin, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)As the Chairman and CEO of Progressive Health Center, Sue works with and reports to the Board of Directors and key members of the community to advance the organization's mission. Prior to her appointment as Chair and CEO for the Progressive Health Center, Sue was the Director of Development for the Colorado Neurological Institute (CNI) and served as a consultant to HealthONE's Swedish Medical Center. Her extensive industry experience includes a proven track record in leading successful teams, supporting board members, building relationships with major donors, public speaking, fundraising, promotions, sales and marketing, building collaborative partnerships, and working with volunteers. Prior to CNI, she was a consultant to Yampa Valley Medical Center, Health Magazine, Vail Associates, Petroleum Information, Arizona Heart and the Denver Athletic Club. She also worked for Age Wave in Emeryville, California. A graduate of the University of Denver, Leadership Denver 1997, Sue also received a certificate from the Bard School of Entrepreneurship Development from the University of Colorado business school at Denver in December 2003.
Currently, she also serves as chair of the advisory committee for the Rocky Mountain Lions Eye Institute and is a member of Association for Fundraising professionals, Colorado Planned Giving Round Table and the Denver Athletic Club.
Allison Archard, MD, Board MemberAllison is a member of the Progressive Health Center's Medical Advisory team and also serves on the board of directors. Click here to learn more about her professional focus and background.

Jane is a community volunteer whose talents lie in organization, creative problem solving, consensus building and management. She has been involved with the Denver Botanic Gardens, having chaired its Plant Sale as well as the Mt. Goliath Project, a collaborative effort of the Gardens, Bolunteers for Outdoor Colorado and the U.S. Forest Service. Jane served as chairman of the Garden Club of America's national convention and was president of the St. Anne's Episcopal School Parents' Association. A former member of the Girls, Inc. board of directors and its capital campaign committee, she is currently serving on the University of Denver's Humanities Institute Board. Jane has chaired a number of fundraisers and managed financial budgets for various organizations. A lover of the outdoors, Jane enjoys gardening, walking, biking and snowshoeing. She turned to Progressive Health Center's services when recurring back issues sidelined her. As a fan of integrative medicine Jane follows many of these therapies and has seen great results. She is a believer (!) and happy to be involved with Progressive Health Center.

Bill Forgione, Board MemberBill brings over 30 years of diverse industry experience in the High Tech, Hospitality and Health care arenas with firms such as Texas Instruments, Digital Equipment Corporation, The University of Tennessee Medical Group and Boston Market Corporation. He currently is employed as Director of Human Resources for a Business Process Outsourcing organization here in the Denver area called FulCircle.
Within these organizations Bill has been in a variety of HR roles including Vice President, Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer. Having worked in both large multi-nationals and smaller to mid sized firms makes Bill an ideal fit for Progressive Health in partnership with corporations. He was an active participant in a similar organization in Memphis Tennessee. This group, The Church Health Center provided a holistic approach to medicine to a valuable population of the greater Memphis community. The focus of Mind, Body, Spirit and Emotion are principles that this organization carried throughout their mission. Bill is expert in creating and evolving the cultures and developing people systems that deliver to our vision for excellence.
Lillian Klancar, MD, Board MemberDr. Lilly Klancar is a board certified medical oncologist practicing in a small private practice on the Swedish Medical Center Campus. She received her undergraduate and Physical Therapy training at the Ohio State University, and practiced as a Physical Therapist in Colorado in the areas of acute care, sports medicine, occupational medicine, and home care. Dr. Klancar then went on to receive her medical degree and residency training in Internal Medicine from the University of Colorado. After one year as a faculty member in Internal Medicine, she continued her fellowship training in Hematology-Oncology at the University of Colorado and then the University of Alabama.
Dr. Klancar is very involved with the Swedish Medical Center Cancer Center, serving as chairperson for The cancer conferences, member of the cancer committee, advocate for palliative care services, and board member for the Progressive Health Center. Dr. Klancar firmly believes quality care for the person with cancer involves a compilation of state of the art science and technology, a team of qualified doctors and health professionals working together, supportive services to address the needs and wellness of the whole person, communication, and most of all, a partnership with the patient.
Louie M. Miller, Board MemberLouie has more than 20 years of senior-level employee benefits experience, including all areas of benefit design, relationship and account management, sales management and third party administration. He has extensive knowledge in both large and small group accounts and brings expertise of the Colorado marketplace. His experience enables him to understand and meet the needs of his clients, assist them in evaluating the complex nature of employee benefits and insurance products, and design a unique employee benefits plan with the best possible options.
Luanne Williams, CFRE, Executive Director, Rocky Mountain Children's Health FoundationLuanne currently serves as the Executive Director for Rocky Mountain Children's Health Foundation, providing assistance to the patients and families of the Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children network. Luanne has over twenty years of non-profit management and fundraising experience, primarily in Colorado. She has a proven track record, of program development and implementation and is a Certified Fund Raising Executive. Prior to RMCHF Luanne served as the Executive Director of Colorado Neurological Institute, Vice President for Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation, President and CEO of the Northwest Metro Chamber of Commerce and Vice President of Mempership Services for the Denver Chamber of Commerce.
