Jamie is the Chief Operations Officer at Progressive Health Center. Her passion for improving the lives of others has manifested itself in many ways throughout the years, from studying Cultural Anthropology and International Development at the University of Montana to helping build sustainable clean burning stoves in Africa. Jamie has also received her Wilderness First Responder medical training and has volunteered in communities around the country and the world. Before joining the Progressive team, Jamie worked with an organization that raises money through the sale of art to build children’s hospitals in Southeast Asia. Jamie has had her own health setbacks and is determined that nothing should get in the way of a person’s fair access to quality healthcare. To that end, Jamie volunteers with the Lupus Foundation of America and Village Aid Clinics, as well as Bicycles for Humanity.

A fitness & wellness professional since '96, Lauren has a strong background in coaching, training, and wellness program management. She earned a B.A. in Leisure Studies with an emphasis on Recreation Management, along with a diverse array of fitness and wellness certifications (Pilates, yoga, Barre, CPT) spanning the past two decades. As a master trainer, she fuses multiple disciplines into mind/body work that creates sanctuary for life balance.
With a mantra of ‘smarter, not harder’, she aims to make individual wellness a natural reflex to life's boomerangs. Lauren believes when we master the art of how to change our perceptions, we learn how to manage the symptoms that arise in our bodies and are better equipped to return to a more regular state quickly. At Progressive Health Center, she enjoys helping hospital staff gain vibrant health through sustainable self-care habits. She advocates an integrative approach to wellness focusing on natural stress relief, movement for life, brain balance, and getting as many involved in programs to support their well-being as possible.
Jennifer is a certified aromatherapist and certified pharmacy technician with an emphasis in holistic health. She is the owner of Georgi Girl Oils, located in Denver, Colorado, where she lives with her husband and youngest daughter. She brings together her knowledge of aromatherapy, plant essences, and pharmacy to create unique phyto-essence options for her clients, providing an essential holistic therapy.
Jennifer is a professional member of NAHA, National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy. She is an enthusiastic educator who teaches various classes and workshops to fellow natural health professionals, medical professionals and the general public. She offers personal consultations with custom blending.
She collaborates with Progressive Health Center to create custom products and utilizes aromatherapy with employees and patients alike. Integrating holistic health practices and aromatherapy within the realm of allopathic medicine is a challenging undertaking; but, one for which she has much desire and intent.
Expanding her knowledge by taking aromatherapy courses or reading books on the subject delights her. Teaching on the art and science of essential oils enthralls her. Her greatest happiness comes from sharing the beauty of aromatherapy with others to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.
Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, Stress Management Coach
Lyndsey has been a personal trainer since 2008. She enjoys being outdoors in the mountains and particularly loves to snowboard. Lyndsey is passionate about helping people to learn how to live a healthy lifestyle. Her training includes exercise science, nutrition and stress management – all of which allow her to better help her clients accomplish their health goals.
Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine
Dr. Melati is a nationally board certified and licensed acupuncturist and herbalist with a dual-specialization in Internal and Physical Medicine, extensively experienced in the treatment of Sports Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Immunology. She is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder where she was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society, and received degrees in English and Fine Arts, from which she graduated Summa Cum Laude and With Distinction.
She received her initial medical training from the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver, CO, where she completed her Masters of Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine, gaining proficiency in acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and several conjunct modalities including Cupping, Auricular, and Electro-Stimulation Acupuncture.
She received further training during her doctoral residency at Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in Santa Monica, CA, where she received her specialization, earned the degree of Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (DAOM), and furthered her interest in Rehabilitative Medicine, Immunology, and Cardiology.
When not immersed in the world of medicine, Melati is an avid yoga practitioner and fitness instructor, and teaches her own unparalleled blend of acupuncture-inspired yoga at Yoga Pod Lodo and Denver West, and several Denver-Metro Corepower Yoga locations. She is also an accomplished musician, having fronted rock and metal bands around the Denver area for the past decade, with national touring experience, and having two Westword Music Showcase Awards in her repertoire. When not in residency in California, Melati resides in Denver with her two Shiba Inus, and enjoys riding her motorcycle through the Colorado mountains whenever the weather permits.
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Sonnet, MS, RDN, CLC, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master of Science in Nutrition. She has a variety of experience in clinical, research, and community nutrition. She earned a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA. Her diverse background includes stints in nutrition research at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Seattle, WA, and caring for patients within the Carondelet hospital network as a clinical dietitian in Tucson, AZ. She has extensive teaching experience in the community and at universities, including Metropolitan State University and Regis University in Colorado. Her experience also includes 1:1 counseling at a bariatric practice, a spine center, a diabetes center, and at the world-famous luxury wellness resort, Miraval. Most recently, Sonnet was the Outpatient Oncology RDN at Swedish Medical Center in Denver, CO. Sonnet is a Certified Lactation Counselor and has completed a certificate of training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition.
Sonnet’s deep commitment to healthy nutrition was born from a passion for food. She is eager to share her knowledge and expertise with the goal of inspiring people to create an individualized healthy food culture based on their needs and lifestyle— one that supports optimum health, vitality and sustainability.
Integrative Health Coach
Kim graduated from the University of Colorado with a B. A. in Communications. She spent 18 years working for Nordstrom, while suffering with numerous health issues such as asthma, acid reflex, food allergies, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances and a high level of stress. She began transitioning to a healthy lifestyle that required tuning into her body, which sparked a passion for nutrition and wellness. She is a Master Nutrition Therapist and works one-on-one with clients to set goals and objectives by using integrative therapies alongside conventional medicine along with teaching yoga for the last 10 years. She is also trained and certified as Integrative Health Coach through Duke University’s school of Integrative Medicine. Her wellness philosophy is inspire others to bring about change in their own lives, in their own way, by combining the art of self-care with the science of behavior change.
Kari graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts as a licensed massage therapist in 1999. Her experience includes Operating Room Technician for the United States Army Reserves, three years as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a nursing home, and Healing Touch Apprentice, where she learned energy work. Kari enjoys combining her experiences restoring the body’s balance and harmony, and helping people achieve peace and relaxation in body, mind, and spirit.
Dierdre has been a licensed massage therapist since 2007. She graduated from Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York City with an Associate in Occupational Studies. Since then, she has traveled around the US, working in New York, Vermont, and Colorado. Dierdre has gained her extensive massage experience working in athletic clubs, chiropractic offices, and high-end spas. Dierdre specializes in therapeutic rehabilitation, sports injury, and sports injury prevention massage. When standing over her massage table, she can be found enjoying the beauty of the outdoors while running, cycling, or skiing.

For the past two decades, Lee has worked in the field of health promotion and wellness in a variety of roles. She helped develop and deliver health behavior change programs in numerous settings including schools, communities and workplaces. Lee earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and a Master’s Degree in Public Health and loves contributing to the process of helping others overcome barriers to making positive health change. She is well versed in understanding the unique challenges of achieving health and well-being at work as a result of her 10 year role at an organization that created and led employee wellness programs in the Denver metro area. Lee has experience developing and teaching weight management, disease prevention, stress management and cooking classes.
In her free time, she’s a self described “creative” who loves cooking, gardening, writing and photography and trying to keep up with her three spirited kids!
