I have used the principles learned to help bring more joy into my life on a daily basis. ..I do look at my daily blessings with gratitude rather than focusing on what didn’t go well or didn’t get done. [After a family crisis] I think I have been able to handle this crisis with some grace and bring with me a loving kindness that has helped me to bring our family together, ask for help, let go of the control, and see with greater clarity what the priorities have been.
