Our goal is to provide quality therapy in a timely manner. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment and cancellation policy. The policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our clients in need of therapy treatments.
In order to be respectful of the treatment needs of other clients, please be courteous and call Progressive Health Center promptly if you are unable to attend an appointment. If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment we require that you call 24 hours in advance. Canceling appointment within 24 hours is considered a “no show” and will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee. Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the possibility to have access to timely therapy treatment.
To cancel appointments please call 303-788-9399. If you do not reach the receptionist you may leave a detailed message on the voice mail.
Late cancellations will be considered as a “no show”.
A “no show” is someone who misses an appointment without canceling it 24 hours in advance. No-shows inconvenience those individuals who need access to therapy treatments in a timely manner.
Failure to present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the clients’ chart as a “no show”. You will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee. The amount of the treatment must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.
We will continue to confirm all appointments a day in advance, however this is done as a courtesy and the responsibility of cancelling an appointment remains with the client.
