Yoga and yoga therapy integrate mindful breathing, conscious relaxation, focused body-awareness and deliberate movements to encourage the release of stress to achieve equilibrium and restoration. Each practice is personalized to accommodate the unique needs and capabilities of our clients, allowing them to progress at their own pace and comfort levels. Over time, these therapeutic sessions can help improve one’s overall health and self-awareness, while reducing tension, enhancing vitality and strengthening the body-mind connection–all of which provide the basis for self-healing a more balanced life. In the coming months, the Center will offer a variety of group yoga classes as well as one-on-one training sessions with our yoga specialists.
