Wes played Division II football at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. After graduating college with degrees in exercise science and graphic design he managed a World Gyn in Charlotte, NC. Soon he began bodybuilding and competing, and after several high placings, won the light-heavy weight division at the 1997 North Carolina State Championships.
Life then tood a different turn, with a severe car accident that left Wes with a traumatic brain injury. As one to never give up and always find a way through adveristy, Wes' goal was to bring himself back to the person he once was, and doo all the things he wanted to do before the accident.
Having nowhere to go but up, successful rehabilitation led Wed to a full recovery, and an even more positive outlook on life: live each day to the fullest, because it may be your last.
Wes then moved to Colorado where he bacame part of the fitness and outdoor industry with the likes of Schwinn, Nautilus and Pearl Izumi USA.
In always having the passion and desire to live life to the fullest, and train, he realized the Corporate world was not for him. Wes then stepped into Personal Training to help others incorporate fitness into their lives to where it's not a burden but empowering!
